Our yoga teacher Becky’s mission is to lead friendly, inclusive, accessible, informal yoga classes for local men & women. Her teaching is grounded in realism & simplicity - you won’t find yourself chanting in Sanskrit or balancing on one arm in these classes. Instead you will notice the powerful calming effect on your nervous system, experienced as a sense of ease when you leave the studio. Becky’s classes are the gateway drug to a whole universe of science-backed breath & movement practices you might never have known existed.
Becky completed completed her 300 hour teacher training with the highly regarded Limehouse Yoga in 2019. She is accredited & insured by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
We are also proud to have Abi Wood teaching classes at KRH. Abi is another awesome Limehouse Yoga alumni
Our space
Yoga takes place in our biggest, airiest space, with high ceilings, masses of natural light, and great ventilation. Mats, blocks, and straps are provided free of charge.

You’ve probably heard about all the benefits of Yoga - stress and anxiety reduction; improvements in strength, flexibility, resilience, and sleep quality; protection from injury; and increased body awareness.
But you might be left asking yourself if Yoga is for you. Maybe you don’t feel fit, flexible, or strong like the perfect yoga models we see plastered all over the internet. Maybe you’re not a spiritual person, or you don’t know the first thing about the different poses. None of these things matter.

2 classes a week + one free sauna session a month: £39/month

Flowing between poses, movement connected to breath, suitable for all levels

Gentle Yoga
A more restorative class with a slower pace, great for active recovery, suitable for all levels
