Traditional sauna

Our traditional sauna provides the steamy heat experience we all know and love - the ideal way to reset and recover from strain and stress.

With the option to dip in and out of our thermoregulated ice bath, you can cycle between hot and cold as many times as you like: sweat, reset, repeat!

Infrared sauna

Our infrared sauna uses light frequencies that penetrate deep beneath the skin, improving circulation and muscular recovery while reducing inflammation. It's a great option for those who find the heat of a traditional sauna too intense, as the infrared technology delivers a lower air temperature, with lower humidity.

Cold hydrotherapy

Embrace your inner ice-human!

The weight of evidence to support the benefits of cold hydrotherapy is mounting. Cold water exposure has been implicated in the reduction of inflammation, fatigue, depressive symptoms, anxiety, and has even been shown to boost the immune system and protect against neurodegenerative diseases like dementia.

Taking the plunge into our cutting-edge ice bath activates your innate resilience building systems.

Floatation pod

Our floatation tank is a light-free, sound-proof sanctuary - a place where you can't help but drift into a meditative state of restoration and recovery. The water in the floatation tank is heated to skin temperature and contains a high concentration of mineral salts, resulting in an effortless, dreamlike floating experience.

When the lid is closed and the lights are off, clients can drift off or meditate in the soothing tranquility of the capsule. Floatation sessions can be used for deep relaxation, meditation, breathwork, or just simple rest. Many chose to use it as a time to visualise their next challenging athletic or professional event, or to reflect and set positive intentions. Others simply unwind and restore.
